Identity & Pathway Matrix

Who can open what, by identity. Green = a verified path exists (not a guarantee of approval); red = a claim explicitly excludes it; amber = the fact layer has not modelled it yet, so we do not guess.

Only the fact layer's modelled products are listed. Blank areas outside this table are not asserted either way.

!Research assumption (disclosed): each scenario uses a fixed adult profile — HKID holder and mainland resident in HK assume age 30; all other overseas-passport, travel-permit and Singapore scenarios assume age 22. Age only changes the verdict when it is explicitly below the account's minimum opening age.

FAQ

Does a "verified path" guarantee approval?

No. It means the reviewed claim supports that an applicant matching the listed identity has a qualifying path with the listed materials. The bank still makes the final decision.

Why are some cells "insufficient info"?

Because the fact layer has not modelled that identity path yet, or the claim does not match the scenario. We do not infer "not eligible" from a missing record.

What identity scenarios are covered?

Hong Kong ID holder, mainland resident (in/out of HK), overseas passport holder, Mainland travel-permit holder, other foreign documents, and Singapore pass/tourist — a high-demand subset.
